Many times in the spring and fall when the weather goes from nice and warm to cold again, my allergies/sinuses seem to go wild. This year seems to be worse. The trees are budding out and the temps today are 20 to 30 degrees lower than the past few days. The temps Sunday night are supposed to dip down into the 20's.
I've been pretty lazy today. But I hand quilted for about 4 hours this afternoon. The quilt is so huge, it is very slow go. I had to move it on the frame today so I took it all of the way off and put it on my bed. I have a king sized bed and it hung over on each side quite a bit. I should have taken a picture but didn't think about it.
I did feel better after supper and was able to sew all of the blocks together for the "Snowflakes are Falling" quilt.
Let's see. I have 2 tops waiting to be quilted and 4 more started. And I don't know how many more ideas floating around in my head. Oh, the life of a quilter.
Happy snipping, stitching, and quilting.
I just heard on the news last night that they said that this allergy season is starting early and is supposed to be worse than normal for some reason. That might account for your head ache yesterday.
ReplyDeleteLove the quilt. I get way too many quilts going also and then they pile up waiting to be quilted. Guess we just have to keep trying to to get caught up.

ReplyDeleteI have to take zyrtec everyday because I unexpectedly break out in hives (I'm allergic to myself). I've done pretty well with the allergy seasons since being on the meds. I get the generic at Sam's.
