I spent many a night quilting in front of the fireplace during the cold, cold months of January and February.
It has been a cold, wet day and for some reason I got chilled on the way home. When I walked in the door, the first thing I said to Larry was, "Is there warmth anywhere?" I was really surprised when he said, "I have you a fire going." YES!!!! And supper was also ready. What could be better?

ReplyDeleteIt has been very chilly the last couple of days hasn't it - spring will be here soon - I just hope it stays around for awhile.
