I finished the "Burst of Color in a Neutral World" several weeks ago just haven't posted.
I'm switching from 4th grade literacy to 6th grade literacy so I have been busy moving into a new room and working on curriculum. Thus no quilting. I haven't even made a thing for Christmas in July. Boy, am I ever slacking. I'm going to get on that tomorrow or the next day.
I saw 25 things to do for your daughter on this website some time back. Kelsey, I hope I hit most of them with you.
And Craig, did we hit on these with you?
Feeling a little nostalgic today, I guess.
Happy snipping, stitching, and quilting.
Indeed where has summer gone...we are still awaiting for it here at the cottage. It has been rain, winds, a bit of sun and then rain again. We have the heat on this morning.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the link...will have a boo at it.
Love this quilt! The stars are beautiful, and the addition of the squares-as-border is just perfect. Wonderful finish!
