I spend time in the sewing room and turn around to see what I got accomplished and there's nothing to show for it.

Like yesterday morning, I sat and watched a quilting DVD for an hour - learned alot but nothing physical to show for time spent. LOL

I cannot agree more with CJ on LIGHT in the RVs, it's awesome. We now only have a fifth wheel and the light still is wonderful in it. I take my sewing machine every time we take a road trip. You know how it is - have to get a "fix" in. They fold up nicely and work great.

That storage space under the bed is perfect for your fabric stash.

The best part about sewing in an RV is all the windows. Oh to have that kind of light at home!

Have fun!CJhttp://www.createdbycj.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4869491070994401543.post-54566011906492344952010-03-19T07:32:26.267-05:002010-03-19T07:32:26.267-05:00have a fun camping trip for a couple days. I know...have a fun camping trip for a couple days. I know what you mean about quilting and camping although I do not bring a sewing machine and do hand work. Even though I am not a working person and stay at home I do not quilt and sew all day. I tend to only sew in the daytime hours for an hour here or there and then again in the evening. Sometimes that changes but I never sew all day long. I'm up hopping around and doing one thing and then another.
Karen
http://karensquilting.com/blog/Karen - Quilts...etc.https://www.blogger.com/profile/07293429657903986492noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4869491070994401543.post-68608974907919262342010-03-19T07:07:01.206-05:002010-03-19T07:07:01.206-05:00I really don't like it when I don't have m...I really don't like it when I don't have much to "show" for all of the hard work, practice, tweaking and planning for quilting. The stencil looks good. Have you been doing it for a while? I'm still trying to get the hang of it, and find a place for things. Luckily, at the campground where we are parked, there's a large pavilion with lots of picnic tables I can push together, if I need to! :) Enjoy your spring break!Denise :)https://www.blogger.com/profile/07306906507013593208noreply@blogger.com
